Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • All orders are processed and fulfilled within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Time

  • Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after your order has been fulfilled.

  • Please note: We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Puerto Rico.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Free shipping may be available for orders over $50

Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, please allow for possible delays during:

  • Inclement weather or natural disasters

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at dasoresin@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

The customer is responsible for covering shipping cost when returning item.
