Thank you for shopping with us at DaSo Resin Art & Design. Each item is handmade with care, and we want you to love your purchase. Please review our policy below:

Returns

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:

• Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at dasoresin@gmail.com

• Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

• If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

• The customer is responsible for covering shipping cost when returning item

Refunds

Refunds are only issued:

• If the product is defective or damaged, and a replacement is not available.

• If your order is canceled before it is fulfilled.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
